All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates based on carrier data and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Order Processing
Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. No regional restrictions apply.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us at support@themicrogrind.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
